From the moment I received my response call to the moment the two engineers left my property, this company were 5*! My callback was within 20mins of my message being sent & I was called on the day to say the engineers would be with me withing the hour. Prompt, courteous, friendly & professional thoughtout. Highly recommended 5*

Excellent and prompt service. The engineer Ben explained what the problem was and what the solution was. He quickly brought the new tap and installed it, explaining and answering my questions. He also fully explained the cost.

Gentlemen complete the job it was an insurance job gentlemen was professional but job not professional he make excuse and left the leak .still I can't used it

Even though they were extremely busy they managed to deal with the issue first thing the following day. I was so grateful as I was completely unable to use my toilet during to issues with the septic tank. The young man who came out was so professional and without a doubt went above and beyond in his efforts to clear the blockage. I simply cannot recommend this company highly enough.

If I could leave a minus star I would. This company sent out a lorry to empty out septic tank. This is where the problem started .This was May, they emptied the tank but had sent a lorry with a known oil leak to attend the property. The lorry spilt oil all over the driveway .The driver was very apologetic and said that they would send someone out to clean it up. No one got in touch so we had to chase this up with the company . They finally came out to clean the oil spill. It didn't work. So since may I have had to contact this company 9 times , each time I've been put thru to different people who have told me that someone would be in touch . No one bothered . One phone call 31st May was from the Managing Director, (didn't know this at the time) who promised to visit the property in the next day or two "when passing" . No definite arrangement which seemed odd but I agreed as Luckily I had those two days off work . No one showed up. No one got in touch and there was no explanation. So we endeavoured to clean the spill ourselves. Bought special oil Detergent etc etc and power washer. At this point we had managed to clean it a little bit the stain remained . Each time they send us an invoice we have contacted them to say it won't be paid until the damage is cleaned. Then after sending them an email threatening to take them to the small claims court they respond. The Managing Director decides to call us , no apology just excuses why after almost 2 months no one has been to rectify the situation. He then asks if he can attend the property there and then. Not being home I said no, but if they called me the following day I would be happy to arrange a mutually beneficial time to attend . The following morning he turns up uninvited and starts calling my mobile. We aren't home so he can not acces the property. This is the only contact we have had in response and because he couldn't get access , we then receive a scathingly email blaming us for him not being able to attend (on a day that we weren't home and he had no permission to attend) At no point has this company been apologetic, forget customer service and just blame the customer seems to be thier remit. Almost 3 months have now passed since the oil leak and we still are no further forward. Please think twice before engaging the Welshpool branch of this company .They are Useless and Rude. Wish I had read the other reviews now !!! Adrian Taylor is the Managing Director of Welshpool branch . Shame on you for such awful service as a Director you are directly responsible for all your staff and the lack of response over almost 3 months...
