Had this rod for a month or so. It easily handles Catfish in the 30-35 pound range with no problem. Shipping was quick. It was well packaged. Customer service is excellent and easy to work with. Yeah! I’ll be buying another one!

Order took a few months to arrive, can never get a hold of anyone. Had to open a paypal case just to get a reply to when my order would be shipped. Finally got my order and now no one will pick up the phone or respond to my emails about the fact that it does not work. Highly disappointed and dissatisfied. Update: after they replied below I received one email. I have responded multiple times! I sent the package back and requested a replacement... got a refund instead. Can’t follow simple directions, won’t refund my shipping cost even though they said they would, can’t reply to simple emails, never pick up their phone. If you do decide to waste your time with these guys, purchase though paypal who will protect you money.
