All excellent . Only lost a star as we requested the curtain left open at the end of the device so people could approach the coffin to pay respects if they wanted but it closed at the end . I saw our funeral directors eyes look annoyed as she had specifically asked for this . It didn’t spoil our lovely dads service and everything else was perfect . Lovely setting with the trees and countryside out of the large windows .

Oaks is the perfect setting to say goodbye to your loved one - beautiful and peaceful. There is nothing morbid or funereal about the chapel or grounds at all; rather it felt uplifting and the most fitting place to bid farewell to my lovely Dad. It helped that we had the most beautiful summer's day of course! Thank you to the staff for ensuring a smooth service; we saw no one apart from the vicar and funeral directors/pallbearers, such was their discretion. We were able to honour Dad in the most stunning setting. Thank you Oaks!

I was very pleased with my husband's cremation arrangements, they did everything according to my small budget which I was grateful for. The return of his ashes were well presented and labelled well

Absolute perfection, we have also spread my dads ashes here in the spring garden as it is so peaceful, we just go and sit there
