Terrible service

Terrible service, even worse. During the contract period, they changed the collection period as they wished, from a 1-week collection service to 15 days because they decided to, with the same cost. When I called to complain, they simply said that it was in the contract and sent me a copy of the contract without a signature. When I requested cancellation, I had to wait for the contract to end. When the date expires, they extended the contract term and I had to wait even longer. When I called to complain, they sent me a copy of the contract, also without a signature. When the new contract term expires, you have to pay the container removal fee plus the following month of service, even though the service was not provided. After I paid everything in order to get rid of this damn company once and for all, I started demanding that they send me proof of cancellation. Instead, they sent me a contract with a payment method, as if they had created a new contract for my company. It would be funny if it weren't so tragic. This is not true... I notified them of my cancellation in August, I have emails, I have already paid for everything with this company, including cleaning... And I am surprised by new charges... Please check all my complaints and payments.
