I’m Mansour, the account holder #141242550, my experience was awful with the company. I placed a withdrawal request on 04-08-2024, now it has been 10 days since they received my request, the withdrawal has never been processed. I’d advise anyone to be aware of dealing with this company until further notice.

The loading is lower with the new trading platform than the previous version. Apart from this CMTrading is among the best brokers according to my own experience. I hope the company will work on this problem

I haven’t trade and I am just trying to navigate through the platform, so I deposited 300usd, I tried to make a withdrawal, it’s has been showing pending for days, here is my account number 141352169

They send me e-mails and talk about levels where the account has never reached. The email they sent is also a lie. They say that the bonus they gave me is worth the level. They gave it as margin support, which can be reduced. Despite this, my account never dropped below the Bonus level. But they sent me an e-mail and said that my account fell below the Bonus level and they could not give me my money.

Don’t trust on them .they will help you only when they will have their own benefit.They will have excuses when you need them , their carelessness will cost us, but let us know when it's all over.Becaue on each trade they’ll get their benefit They will take advantage on each trade but they have no responsibility where we lose, they will use our money only for their own benefit but they have no share in our loss.even as they share wrong signals to us this will also cost us for a big lose and after giving wrong signals they will not tell you how to cover this.This is not good company I told you whatever I suffered now it’s up to you.

I am a customer with account number 141352267 in this company. I made a profit in the account I opened about 15 days ago. Then I requested a withdrawal. The withdrawal period, which is normally 3 business days, has been continuing for 8 days. And today the company sent me an e-mail saying that it will seize the profit rate I made.
