It took one week to get a response to my email.

I purchased a plan where I was emailed the correct payment receipt BUT the policy sent is for a different plan. I have emailed World Nomads without a response. When I called, they told me to email. Not impressed traveling with the wrong policy. No help now most likely means no help if I need to use the plan

I like that the comparison between the levels are preally easy to understand.

The agent who was assigned to my call was rude and condescending. It was so shocking and demeaning that I spoke to management. Management was respectful and listened to my complaint. I never heard if anything was done. I spoke to a second agent that was lovely
