Purchased a NAS from SPAN, based on good word of mouth from a work colleague. Site was full of helpful info on all possible permutations of cases and drives, and embedded you-tube videos were all viewed with interest. Didn't contact the team until after sale when I needed some help. Help arrived (e-mail) within 10 minutes and solved my problem, and included a raft of other recommendations. Will definitely recommend.

delivered in Canada with full setup raid i ask them to install cause i'm still learning , really worth the wait now i can put all my files archive in my NAS without any problem

Great customer service. Extremely good communication during all parts of the order included an email from the engineer who did the pre-delivery testing. The product arrived on time and was as good as expected.

If you’re in the market for anything NAS or data storage related in general you should put these guys straight to the top of your list. First class service, prompt delivery and a thorough working knowledge of what they do. If only all online retailers were this efficient.
