Excellent service from pre-sales and configuration advice, through sales and delivery support, followed by helpful advice on setting up the kit once it arrived (even when they were having to answer some very basic questions). I had an assigned account manager Paywand who knew my requirements inside out, and when he was out of office another colleague knew about the order and was able to answer questions. Using SPAN made the whole process much easier as I felt I was getting expert advice from people who understood the issues that I was trying to solve. Would definitely use again

It says on the box that a Thunderbolt Cable was included. No Thunderbolt Cable, spoke to the company and they were not interested at all after spending nearly £600 with them. Customer service ZERO and we still want our cable !!! Very disappointed with our treatment. If my staff performed in the same manner they would be sacked. First time order and looking to forward to receiving my new NAS. Parcel arrived on time on Monday and was very well packed. Unfortunately there was no UK mains lead. Contacted SPAN through chat app on SPAN's website around 2pm. Contact was very courteous and said a UK mains lead would be with me the next day. It is now Wednesday afternoon and the mains lead has still not arrived and I have had to go out and get one. Disappointing. Having seen the timely and detailed reply from Span I have changed the rating to 4 stars. I am happy to use this company for my future storage requirements. If I may make a suggestion that when items are dispatched an email/tracking number is sent as this will show where any failures have occurred.
