South Pasadena is a market that sells quickly so she was quick to schedule a viewing if we were interested in a home. She was also available for us day and night, weekdays and weekends, for our 100 different questions. Even in the couple days after we purchased our home she didn't disappear. Our agent was Dena, who was absolutely amazing. She helped us through the process and helped us with any questions we had. She was always on time for appointments and was very professional. Unfortunately, my wife was laid off from work due to the COVID19 pandemic going on so we decided to hold off buying a house for now. The Reali app is easy to use and all paperwork is submitted through it. My wife and I enjoy searching for houses, which you should expect to do a little more on your own than using a traditional agency, but with the range Reali gives you it's more than worth it. OUR AGENT IS AMAZING! We're tech-savvy, and don't need a lot of hand-holding as buyers. Before Reali, we spoke with many agents and even tried to work with listing property agents hoping we would get priority or additional intel when buying a property.
