I recently ordered a toaster which when it arrived was slightly damaged. I contacted UK Camping and Leisure who immediately offered a full refund or a discount on the damaged one. Excellent Customer Service I will certainly use them again

Exactly what we wanted at the right price. Customer services were extreamly helpfull when we had to alter the delivery date.

I ordered 2 director camping chairs which were slightly cheaper than their competitors. They arrived quickly and very well packed. However on opening the box and inspecting the chairs they had chips and grazers on the framework. I emailed them with photos and then managed to find a contact number which I rang. The guy was extremely helpful and apologetic and as it was late Friday afternoon said he would speak to his manger and get back to me Monday. This they did today and offered a partial refund that I accepted. It's so good to see such good customer service, that I had to write this review. I can highly recommend them and I am sure I will be buying again. Thank you Katy and your team
