The delivery, price and online service was very good, but the difference in the advertised bouquet and the actual one was not good. I know there are seasonal differences with flowers but it was disappointing.

Delivered to a wrong address and abandoned outside at nr 4 of the same street, instead of nr 24 as correctly indicated on the order. Thank who lives at nr 4 who kindly provides to call the right receiver, otherwise il would be missed.
