Great experience

The delivery was on time and I was notified all the way at the day of delivery also when it was delivered. The size of the buquet wasn't mentioned in the site but it turned to be great and beautiful.

On the day of delivery they cancelled it and changed it for another one and I was expecting the note to be a letter but instead it is just a printed Word sheet.

Customer is not valued. Flowers were trash

I recently ordered a bouquet from this florist, and I am incredibly disappointed with my experience. The flowers I received were nothing like what was advertised on their website. It's clear that the arrangements shown online are misleading, as the bouquet delivered fell flat and lacked the quality and aesthetic promised. When I reached out to them, they justified the substitutions but offered no real explanation for why the final product looked so different. Their policy on substitutions was not made clear during the ordering process, which feels misleading. If significant changes are likely, customers should be informed ahead of time. To make matters worse, the quality of the flowers I received did not match the price I paid. I expected much better based on their marketing materials, but instead, I received a subpar arrangement that frankly looked like a last-minute throw-together. I would not recommend this florist to anyone. Save your money and look elsewhere for quality arrangements.
