After a little glitch and a bit of frustration over a lost order and slow communication, Rachael arranged next day Saturday delivery and a lovely note to apologise. Item was received and fitted easily. Things don't always go to plan and I think you can judge a company by its response, in this case they rectified the problem as soon as they could so I've updated my review to reflect this.

Product arrived as described, no issues, great fast delivery.

I ordered two items. They arrived the next day. I returned one item and the money was back in my account the next day. Excellent service.

Quick delivery. They had products that I couldn't find in other online bike shops. Only DHL delivery avaible even for inexpensive bike accesories.

Easy to use website. Delivered following day by DHL. No issues at all. H2 Gear is a pleasure to buy from. Will use again.

I initially received the wrong sunglasses however when informed the problem was resolved very quickly and replacements sent out. I even got to keep the wrong pair so 2 sets of shades for the price of 1

Spent ages finding someone who had what I wanted in stock and was happy that not only did they have it in stock but cheaper, even with shipping, than anyone else. As promised, the item was delivered the next day. As first impressions go, this rates highly for me. H2 Gear will most likely get some more business fro me.

Worst customer service ever ! Next Day delivery did not make it, so Rachel told me I should have ordered earlier, couldn’t help me, told me she wished I would have shopped elsewhere and even hung up on me ! What utter garbage.
