The Service and information received was 1st class right down to images provided to highlight cosmetic blemishes due to use by the H2 sponsored race team. More than accommodating with my requests and always a prompt and polite response to questions via email. Highly recommend. Good product, great service and good value. 👍

Good price and service from H2 gear but delivery went wrong and when they go wrong you are left with no contact. H2 gear were very helpful and the problem was resolved after 2 days.

Looking for a set of insoles for my cycling shoes, H2gear had just what I was after at the right price. Delivered within a few days of purchase, notification of when to expect the parcel helps make sure someone is around.

The item was dispatched almost as soon as I placed the order and arrived via DPD. Unfortunately there was an error and I was sent the wrong size but immediately I enquired about this it was sorted with an appropriate apology and I received the replacement as soon as I would have expected the original item from some places.
