**Updating to confirm that a prompt refund has been issued within 24hrs. I would recommend phoning LoB direct rather than emailing for prompt customer service or to check stock. Increased review to 2 stars because they've asked me nicely along with apology. Ordered double bed frame 6th Nov. Order was processed & tracking details issued. Tracking confirmed frame was with the delivery company on 7th Nov and est. delv was provided as mid-Nov. I had no communication beyond this and kept checking tracking which didn't update. Tues 26th dropped cust services an email & the auto-reply said they would reply within 3-days and to call them if nothing. Again no communication so I called on Mon 2nd Dec. Phone answered immediately and was confirmed that my frame wasn't in stock despite that I'd been issued tracking and no one had attempted to update me. Customer services was quick, helpful and polite on the phone. Offered to email me alternative frame models but I'd already looked at the full range and requested a refund. My experience with Land of Beds would have been salvageable if some sort of attempt to communicate the correct status had been made. Instead they took my money with no intention of delivering and didn't reply to me when I asked.

When I made an order they promised that the mattress will be delivered in a two weeks time,it came after 4 weeks or even more than 4.After a month I noticed that I want a different mattress which will be extra firm,and because I had a 100 night trial I contacted a shop but no resolution was provided,no one contacted me or anything,been waiting for a week to get any resolution but nothing.So I’m still confused about what I need to do and to who I need to contact to send those 75£ (for changing a mattress) Awful service
