The attention was very good but I had an inconvenience that I asked for full coverage and they gave me another insurance that did not cover my entire car since my car is financed I had to cancel with this insurance, and I am still waiting for my refund

I requested car insurance recently from Alinsco. However due to agent error the details given were wrong and suggested that I had a lapse in policy for 1 day from my prior insurance company. This was not true. However Alinsco scheduled my policy to be terminated tomorrow 24th May unless I was able to prove prior insurance from 2 past insurance companies. I had so much problems getting the documents from progressive and in the end they said they would mail it. Of course mail would not be received by tomorrow. Luckily I found my ID card and had to send it to Jorge Ramirez the rep at Freeway. I had so much trouble getting it to be sent and this rep took so much of his time, was so patient, instructed me how to send it by pdf to him. I mean he was patient, and at the same time encouraging. He assured me that for sure everything will be sorted our. Persons like me who do the right thing and then agents make errors because they are human, get so overwhelmed when you are given the run around. Imagine if my policy was canceled through no fault of my own? But Jorge helped me fix it, through my tears he assured me that it would be fine. He contacted underwriting, sent my documents over and took off the cancelation. I wanted to speak with his manager because this service was more than I even expected as people these days take no real pride in their jobs anymore. But honestly Freeway, you have a good one here, keep him And whoever trained him, did a great job. Jorge you are a testament to this company and you make me want to refer Freeway to others.
