I was asked to review again after talking to customer services. Nothing has changed apart from the loss of time I wont get back. Moroccan mint thins and bars are still flavoured with peppermint oil and not the sweet fragrant Moroccan mint as the packaging boasts. No apology, no explanation and no refund, not even in part. I'm sure trading standards would have something to say about false advertising, especially at this price

Notwithstanding that your company has an Irish webpage, and VAT paid on product in UK it seems the delivery group DOL require customs be paid on top… so effective cost of product doubled!

As these were a gift I didn't get to try the chocolate I chose. I found the items I wanted with some searching as the site is a bit awkward to shop multiple items, so that was slower compared to some sites. However they were promptly sent out, very well packaged and the recipient loved them, so five stars for that.
