Thanks to his design expertise, sense of style and knowledge of every rug in the store (and there are hundreds to choose from!) the gentleman in the store was able to quickly narrow down the perfect rug for my bedroom. Thank you. Highly recommend this store.

I have purchases five rugs from Cyrus Rugs at Morayfield. Always served by gracious and friendly staff. A wonderful selection of rugs to be had and you can park outside the shop. Always my first stop for rugs or carpets.

Nalin at Tingalpa was very patient asi tried to decide on my rug. Eventually I chose one in the largest size that was not in stock and would have to be imported - approximately 2-3 months wait time for the shipment. Nalin’s courteous and attentive service was impeccable, and his communication about the shipping time was always prompt. He helped me when it was revealed due to Covid that my rug wasn’t in the container and he offered me great alternatives. I’m most impressed with his service and support

Purchased three rugs a month ago. They didn’t have one in stock and as I needed the matching I asked to just cancel the rugs and get a refund. I am still waiting for them to cancel my order. They have since stopped answering me and have flat out ignored me! I am so incredibly annoyed over this. All I want is my money back. Was going to purchase more at a later date as we are renovating but will NEVER EVER deal with this company again if they can so easily ignore their customers! I will now have to take this further as I want my money back! No one should have to take things further to receive an answer or a refund when they were the ones without stock but we’re still selling the item online! Edit: And considering I use that ‘personal email’ as my main email, I also have an Apple Watch that gets any notifications etc etc it’s also hooked up to my Apple ID and I have contacted catch three times and have been in contact with them as their reply I call complete crap on that too! I have also been in contact with latitude pay and that put the purchase on hold as no one had contacted them about it either to cancel or refund. This company is just down and outright lying!!!! Absolutely ridiculous! Oh and doubled checked yet again and NOTHiNG in my junk! I cannot get over the lies!

Cyrus rugs fixed an issue I had and I'm satisfied with the result. (With a gift card my sister will be able too select a rug that she is happy with for her birthday). I wish I had thought of the gift card before. Thankyou

We purchased the Pampas Hand Loomed Flatweave Rug 1673-Dark-Grey online and within a few weeks it has already started to fray, it is terrible quality. We spent a lot of money on this rug hoping it would be long lasting. Would not recommend.

Sophie was very helpful and directed me to a group of rugs that could be what I was looking for and she was right! Both rugs were transported to Bundall where Sophie helped me to get them in the car. Really happy with the "look" and extremely happy with the service. Thanks Sophie.
