Hi, I have had serious problem with the product as it lost colour after only one simple wash, and Tropilex customer service hasn't done much about it so far.

L'amaca scelta si presenta di buona qualità e dai colori vividi (tonalità di verde). è ben costruita ...e resistente, anche se ancora acquistata da poco. È stata consegnata in tempo malgrado il periodo di Covid 19....molto difficile per le consegne.

Excellent communication and fast response. My only complaint was the minimum order amount (15 EUR), because the item I wanted to order costed 14 EUR. But they'we offered a 1 EUR additional ghost item so I can place the order.
