Was easy to just answer the questions on the form via e-mail and submit. Already made easy for me by Flower Travel sending me all the details. I was buying a policy for a cruise that they were organizing for me.

I was tired of comparing travel insurance so I asked a Travel Agent to quote me for travel Insurance. I liked that there were different levels of insurance. I needed two policies and the two combined was around the price of one with other companies.

From my first telephone call to Go, until finalization of my claim, I was treated with courtesy, provided with excellent advice and kept informed as to the timeline for the claim process to go through. The whole process only took 16 days from mailing my claim until I received a phone call to advise that I would be paid the amount that I had claimed for. Excellent service all round.
