Unit still broken no help your company not honoring warrant my claim was denied they said unit had alot of usage which is bs since its never been used hasn't started since purchased been sitting on porch waiting for help now affirm isn't helping either sayscase closedthis company really sucks so I'm expected to pay 1300. For nothing bad business

I paid to have two atvs assembled. One of them came with lots of issues. I fixed them myself so that my son with age a Christmas gift. 30 mins into a Christmas Day ride the axle slid completely out of the carrier. No picture or set screws where used in the assembly process. Absolutely garbage customer service

Great service bikes are good easy start kids love em 8 and 9 yr old country boys we will be buying from here for now on the lady in customer service was great didn't go around no corners straight up and forward that's what I like

The service was okay. Issue that I had was the additional shipping fuel surcharge that was almost as much as the shipping itself. It would have put me at almost $450 for the shipping and surcharge to MT. If I had been aware of it I never would have ordered one. Other issue that I have is that the parent company also owns like 4 other companies, that all have the same prices, but all have the same surcharge. Get's super annoying when trying to find something online and there are 7 ads for the same ATV, from different stores, but they are all the same one.

You sent me a disassembled 4 wheeler with no assembly instructions and missing hardware. The box that was to hold these items looked like it had been chewed apart by a rat. Unfortunately I did not realize this until after the freight driver had left and it was too close to Christmas to call your number, be instructed to leave a detailed message and then wait 2 to 3 business days for a response. If you want to make it nearly impossible to assemble these things then don’t offer them disassembled. Luckily, I am smart enough to figure it out. The 4 wheeler runs and my kid is happy but I can say with certainty that I will never purchase anything from you again.

Still waiting for the title

I will be ordering another 4 wheeler from killer Motorsports. Easy assembly, great crate delivery, and most importantly a great price point. My wife wants one 😀
