Bad and rude customer service.

Unfortunately I was unable to obtain car finance but the issue was with moneybarn rather than carloans 365. Previously had insurance with moneybarn for a number of years but this time was refused by them. I was dealing with Dan who was absolutely fantastic. Honestly, an absolute credit to this company. Explained everything clearly and made sure everything was understood. Went above and beyond trying to get moneybarn to budge. Cheers Dan. Hopefully I can deal with you in the future when I get another car. Would definitely recommend if looking to obtain a car via finance.
