Very good and quick service recommended

I was looking for a new car. I am a single mom and I needed something good, at a good price and reliable. First application I did online, It took me less than 5 min. 7 min late Connor called me and went with me through my thoughts...based on my wants he managed to find a car perfect for me, managed all the process on their side of the line, car finance arrangements all done smoothly, whitin a day I received a call from Zuhaib to congratulate me on my new car. All team members have been amazing and easy to speak too. No holding back and no hidden costs. Really good team. So yeah...I bought my car online 😇thanks to those guys

I can’t thank the case handler enough for the help and support. I had a faulty car and this company went above and beyond to help. Don’t get me wrong it’s been a very long journey but it’s not been car loans 365 fault it was all the dealer. My case handler definitely needs a pay rise she has been amazing handling the situation and I can’t thank her enough. I suffer from anxiety and she has been nothing but supportive and understanding. Working in partnership with advantage finance the two companies have been great. I can’t thank you enough. Definitely going to use this company again.

I've read some reviews of people saying they had bad customer service and I'm not sure how this is has happened to them because I can give nothing but positive feedback. Especially Billy who was my main contact, yea really took the time to help me look for cars, ultimately I found the car myself but they gave very good guidance, told me which cars to avoid or things that could be of concern. He did not rush me at all and really told me to take my time, overall it took about 3 weeks to find a car but I feel like I could have taken months and they wouldn't have had a problem just as long as I got the car I wanted.

They were easy to talk too, made sure I knew exactly what was happening, so I wasn’t kept in the dark. They were very quick. Helped me find exactly what I was looking for and stayed in contact until everything was finished. From start of the process to me driving my car away from the dealership was 4 days.

I went through a car application. by second time. They were fantastic. In particular Dam. Very kind. Comprehensive and professional. I definitely recommend this service. 👌
