Went into this not knowing what car I wanted. And very dubious, however after being passed to Elliot the accounts manager, my fears were eased. I must of gone back and forth between cars 100 times, Elliot was patient and gave great advice, what I like the most, the whole way from start to finish was not pushy, some brokers just push, so massive thank you too carloans 365, would highly recommend.

Carloans 360 finance my car and they gave me 14days warranty after 2days receiving the car I was not interested in the car I called them and complained to them but nothing has been done.I keep calling and they keep ignoring my calls and emails. Spoken to their complaint team but nothing has been done even though the gave me 14days distance buying free returns explained according to their policies

My review stands as a truthful account of my experience with this company. I fight on. Updated again as the response from them is factually incorrect. IT WAS NEVER RESOLVED AND REMAINS WITH THE OMBUDSMAN AND IF UNSUCCESSFUL WILL GO TO COURT Use this company at your peril.I made an application and sourced a car, they told me they had no agreement with the garage and found me an alternative. I drove the car home and was alarmed to see blue smoke emitting from the exhaust. The car was promised with full service history, it has none. The documentation contained a warrantly dated a few weeks earlier in another name. I called the lady who advised she returned the vehicle due to a turbo issue and a major oil leak.I reported on the same day 28th Jan 2023. I then battled constantly to make them collect the vehchle. It was rejected. I had a diagnostics done which revealed turbo failure and numerous other issues. I agreed with CAR365 that it could be repaired but only returned to me with a full AA safety insection. This was agreed over the phone by NAME REMOVED SO THEY CANT FLAG THIS REVIEW FOR REMOVAL The car was then returned without my permission with NO inspection and a subsequent email telling me my complaint was now closed without me agreeing that I was satisfied with receiving the car back. I am now taking legal action. Be warned, the dealerships they use are unscrupulous and you will find yourself owing thousands for a car you cannot use and not fit for purpose. Your credit file will also have a derogatory remark added. I have had the vehicle for 6 months and been unable to use it as it is a death trap. I will be going to the small claims court for compensation and refuse to pay the finance which is the only way to ensure the dangerous vehicle is returned to the dealership. Do not believe the 5* reviews here. I strongly believe they are not verified

Absolutely BRILL, BRILL, BRILL, Cam Brittan is the man! He is so polite, he found me a car, called the garage when I was still on the phone to do a deal with them and reserve straight away, first one didn't work out cos of the garage, but over next couple of days we found the absolute best car for me, wife, toddler and baby, Honda Crv, 70k, real clean, full service receipts, and from a brilliant garage that he dealt with lots of times, I have a fault scanner and when plugged in could not find any problems past or present, when Cam says the garage is a good one, he means it! Like the other reviews he does go out of his way and the extra effort, absolutely fantastic, deal with Cam ok, he will get you the best with lowest deposit, monthly payments etc, awe awe awesome!!!
