A gentleman named Lewis help with my enquiry.nothing was to much trouble he worked really hard and found me a dream car he delt with everything even sorting out delivery for. I highly recommend this company to all that are looking for finance they really look after you.

Luke at car loans 365 was brilliant. Finding the right car, the right finance and helping every step of the way even though it took forever due to issues my end with insurance taking an eternity to pay out after an accident. Luke was friendly and checked in often, without being pushy. He was Personable and efficient at every step of the way! Credit to the team!

Massive Thank you to Joe and the team at Carloan 365 who were exemplary in their assistance and service. Joe was my account manager and I think he would joyfully agree that we really put his experience and skills to the test on this occasion :) the communication was perfect, literally being in contact with me from the start through to the end of the day, sharing links, information and contacting dealers on my behalf. We were Kazumped multiple times at the last moment but he never gave up, I changed direction a few times and I was looking for some very particular specifications which he showed great patience and understanding about as ultimately he understood it was a big decision and commitment I was about to make. In the end I found a beautiful car that ticked all the boxes for me, from the colour, interior and all the included additional factory options (of which my list was extensive lol) that I am really happy with, sometimes things in life happen for a reason and I believe everything we went through was eventually leading us towards the best possible outcome! First of all I want to thank Joe for helping me find the car I wanted. The issue I have with car loans is that the car I purchased came with out locking nuts, no parcel shelf and a bold tire. I contacted the dealership and they wasn’t helpful at all. I contacted car loans to see if they can help but all I received was text messages from lien which were all lies. First she said the dealership have ordered the parts 2 weeks later and still nothing has arrived. When I sent a message about this I get a reply asking for me to obtain a quote for the parts and the dealership will reimburse me. That’s just 1 lie I have received from car loans.Every time I ring car loans they don’t pick up the phone to me because I believe they have my number saved. It’s funny how that when I was looking for a car, they couldn’t stop ringing me and would always answer my calls, now that I am complaining I don’t hear nothing from them. I am now taking this further to the ombudsman to obtain my money back and they can take the car. This has been the worst experience ever. I will be informing friends and family to never use this finance company again!!!!

Well what can I say realy Pedro my account manager went above and beyond to get my finance for me. Took a couple of weeks to get me sorted due to some issues but was always there to update me everyday and got me the car I wanted :). By far the best finamce company I've dealt with so if anyone's wanting finance please speak to Pedro hes the man 👌
