It was a good company I used to get my supplies for my JFJ easy pro now I have to get my supplies form america which will cost more with shipping amd import fees

The experience I had with their customer support is probably the best I have ever had with any company. They originally sent out the wrong item, I emailed them and got a reply extremely quickly. They sent out my original item and issued a refund for the trouble of me sending back the wrong item. Kris Adlington should be given a raise

Bought a mobile phone clamp for my ps4 controller but mount doesn't clip on firmly at the base of the controller underneath the ps button so the weight of my phone just makes the clip fall off. Can't use it, feels filmsy, wasted time waiting for it, overall dissatisfied. Update: After watching the YouTube I managed to get it to attach but wow the amount of force I had to use to fasten it. Felt like I was going to shatter it to pieces. Worried how I would taken it off now but least it doesn't fall off. Changed to 3 stars for reply.

I bought a Xim Apex from here and the delivery was very quick as it came within 3 days. However, I didnt like the product so I contacted them for Return through email. They were Quick to reply. They gave me my refund. Very easy, No Hassle. Overall, Top tier delivery and Top tier Return Process. I would buy here again. 5 Stars.

I can fully recommend ADZ and will certainly be using them again. I ordered an EasyPro disc cleaning machine from them yesterday and it arrived today. The postage was free. The machine was the cheapest price in the UK with the next cheapest being almost 50% more expensive. Initially these machines were out of stock and they replied very quickly to my enquiry asking when they were due in. They said at the end of the month and the items arrived on the 28th. They have answered my email queries very quickly. All in all, a firm I believe you can buy from with confidence. Highly recommended.
