Excellent service

Staff very friendly and helpful but some communication problems. The repayment prices were not clear or explained properly and we have no idea how much interest we are paying . Overall nice people need to work on communication

My experience with icredit, was excellent. At first things seemed to go really well, the application was approved, but the car I looked at was a repairable write-off, so I was unable to get finance for it. Then I found another car, once again things were looking good then, no. Kim was marvellous she went above and beyond to get me my finance. I would definitely recommend icredit to anyone who is looking to get finance. I cannot speak highly enough of Kim, she was an excellent broker and the communication was excellent she kept me in the loop, at all times, I was able to contact her at any time, nothing was any trouble.
