Your operators tend to be rude and …

Your operators tend to be rude and pushy. When I have told them no on something, or that I am busy that I will have to have them call back they don't listen. That is why I have not been to anxious to reorder from you. They don't seem to want to listen to what I say. When they call and I am not in my office, they get upset with our receptionist and continue to call anyway. She is busy and has other work to do and they sometimes call 2 or 3 times in a row. It gets very irritating.

Rude, pushy and don't take no for an answer company

This company pays no heed to the do not call roster regulation and continues to call even after being asked not to. If you're unavailable they refuse to leave a message. They are pushy and demanding and don't have a clue. They seem to forget that their offering are free downloads on state, Dept of labor and federal websites. They are a YELP 1 star company.

The company is great

The company is great. I never worry about being up to date. they keep me informed on any changes the government makes and send up dated material as soon as it is available. I know I am always in compliance.

Personnel Concepts has too much …

Personnel Concepts has too much marketing. We were worried to death with constant e mails and calls for different services. This caused us to duplicate some services that were not necessary. We have cancelled our subscription and still receive emails! Customer service was always cordial but only interested in selling, not what was best for us!
