I recently purchased a pair of the Spartan Washable Waterproof pants, after seeing a YouTube video from someone that recommended them. I am always looking for products for my incontinence that might not crinkle or look like a diaper... however this product stated FULL bladder protection, it did not. I wore a cloth diaper-type pants under them and they leaked horribly. I would not recommend these to anyone. I am just glad I only bought one at $11.95. I'll stick to my normal disposable diapers.
