Great customer experience

I ordered my first pair of lilybod legging after seeing that active in style was one of the only uk retailers which stocked the XS size in the pair that I had been eyeing up for weeks (holly honeycomb print). Ordered these late on Thursday evening and they arrived on Saturday! Amazing quality, amazing delivery and 10% off! New favourite site and leggings!

My first time buying from Active Instyle, I've purchased a Running Bare Vest and Active Instyle water bottle - can't vouch, as of yet, for the quality of the products as I haven't yet received them. I was given a voucher for Active Instyle for Christmas last year, 2015. Since Christmas 2015 I have tried to use my voucher without much luck,I had tried on a number of occasions to get the voucher to work whilst trying to purchase items in the shop with no luck so I gave up and tried, and tried, and tried a number of times to get through to the customer service team to get help with this. I had tried to contact Active in style a number of times through both their web form and via the email for customer service with no response. I would give up for a short time then try again with no response. Finally, last week I got through to someone who within hours responded to me, apologized and tried to resolve my issue, issue resolved eventually as my voucher code had been written down incorrectly by one letter and this was invalidating my voucher code. Hurrah! So I made my order on the 8/11/2016, chose standard shipping (3-4 days) and now on the 18/11/2016 and I still haven't received my order, I have contacted customer service today via their e-mail but haven't received a reply as of yet, but did get an e-mail inviting me to review! Honestly, my experience so far hasn't been fantastic, its been frustrating and not the level of service I would expect. But in all honestly I'm more than willing to give Active Instyle another chance and hopefully next time my experience will be better.

I`ve just received the order and one item has the wrong size. Now I have to send it back and wait for a new item if it is in stock. I`ve already waited more than 10 days to get a wrong order.

Really beautiful top, good quality fabric and great design! Came in a cute bag when it was delivered too :)
