Brilliant service, received my item so quickly and the leggings were a perfect fit! Now to convince myself that buying more is a good idea!!

Beautiful and extensive collection of sportswear, everything I've ordered has been great and I've discovered some awesome new brands (I love Onzie!). Delivery is quick and efficient.

I ordered online and got the wrong leggings sent to me. The store then told me they would send me the right pair. Turned out they didn't have them in stock anymore. However, everyone can make mistakes, it's about how the store handles it. They profusely apologised. Gave me a free water bottle and sent emails following up on their mistake. They did not miss a beat. I will definitely be back just because they handled their mistake so well! I would recommend this store to anyone because of their high level of customer service. I give 4 stars because of the order mess up.

I found out about Active in Style about a year ago now and kept going to order something then just stopped myself as I wasn't sure. Well I decided to go for it and I am over the moon I did!! I love my new gym outfit from Lorna Jane and Lilybod. I am a size 10 and medium fits me well. Great quality and great service, I will be back for more xxx

Hi all, I purchased 2 pairs of leggings for the gym and honestly they fit and feel amazing . So far they are the only leggings I have found suitable for the gym . I work out 6 days a week so having a good pair of leggings for me is vital and they will be defiantly worn alot. Thanks x

Loved my purchases, but unfortunately the order didn't arrive as next day delivery as I ordered. But the active in style team were really quick to reply to my email and were really helpful in offering a refund and checking the rest of my purchase was all sorted. Great customer service and speedy reply!

Prompt service and delivery, volume of email communications gauged just right. I love seeing new additions added to my favourite ranges and might well experiment with others !

All was great with website and delivery. I'm now waiting for the correct item. I will use active in style again as mistakes happen and I'm going my correct item will a great addition to my workout wardrobe.
