I ordered some leggings and swiftly received an email apology to say they had run out of stock. I was given options and chose to be refunded. This was fine and quickly organised. But then... I received an email to say that someone had found a pair of my leggings in the right size and that they were being sent to me asap. I thought this was great service, really responsive to my order and requests. I was also in correspondence with a very friendly team member who was very helpful!

Delivery was prompt, and the courier was great. Thoroughly enjoyed unwrapping my gifts to myself! I travel a lot for work so the email updates are really appreciated when and where my order is dispatched so I can rearrange if I'm not home.
