Excellent service provided throughout my order process

The service I received over the phone and via email from Active In Style was outstanding. Due to issues at fault of the post office I didn't receive my order and it was returned to Active In Style, and when they realised this had happened they were happy to help and even let me change my order for a different product and posted it to me again FOC. Very impressed with the service, however my beautiful Lorn Jane leggings which I have only had since Christmas seem to be going a bit fluffy in some areas which isn't ideal for leggings that cost £56.
