The company was very flexible when we identified an issue with our original order and agreed to change the item on the same terms. They had stored the original order for months. Delivery arrangements were smoothly and efficiently organised. They two men who came with the delivery were very pleasant and gave a full briefing on how to use the parasol. We bought an instashade parasol a few years ago for the back garden and the quality is exceptional two years on and it looks as good as new. The only issue we had is the acid from the pigeon poo on the stabilisers but we have spray painted them so they dont look too bad.
