At the present we have a very bad case with this auction site. Auction ID - 867091. We won the auction recently and then we made the transfer instantly, after they received the money, they sent me a Pick up receipt with one of the two sellers company which does not have an EORI number which is mandatory for us to make the Export Declaration to enter the won machine in our country. The other company does have a valid EORI number. I am now trying 6th day in a row to explain to Klaravik to just change the two sellers companies between them in the Pick Up receipt and the problem is solved. Calling to Klaravik is useless as they all say to call the seller and the seller says to clarify with Klaravik. Klaravik rejected our demand by just saying "Unfortunately, there's nothing we can do." Now calling the seller nobody is receptive and does not want to help althought they received their money. Zero responsability and respect to the buyer from both seller and Klaravik. Now we are waiting for somebody to take our seriously our case and just make the change we need to take the machine. I will update here in case anything changes.

Jeg fik en god service fra ham der tog billeder og stod for mine ting. Jeg synes stadig at det er dyrt at sælge gennem klaravik.

I har været gode til af forhandle med kunden.

Jeg synes i er for længe om at udbetale pengene og køber var meget længe om at hente varen og så får jeg jo ikke pengene før han har hentet.
