Da der ikke er mulighed for at kontrollere varerne før auktionen slutter, er der potentiale for at købe dårlige/defekte varer. Spild af tid på at finde ud af, at varerne er værre som beskrevet.

God oplevelse

Selv om jeg havde kvajet mig og taget en vare med hjem der viste sig at være defekt og jeg egentlig ikke havde ret til at annullere købet var både sælger og klaravik forstående og lod mig returnere varen og dermed annullere handlen

Godt arbejde af Klaravik

Konsulenten fra Klaravik sørgede for en rigtig god salgsproces. Auktionsformatet fungerer rigtig fornuftigt. Og at Klaravik sørger for alt omkring betaling m.m. kører som smurt.

Don't buy at this auction site. Nobody to help you.

I transfered right after I received the invoice, there was €29 short and I paid that also quickly and after 5 days I still didn't get the releaseletter, because they didn't receive the €29. I booked a hotel, I booked a trailer to come all the way from Holland to get the car, and I had to cancel everything because of the €29 short. I even sent a copy of transfer to them, but no IT IS COMPANIES POLICY TO RECEIVE THE FULL AMOUNT. This was the second experience, the first one was about a mixer, that they didn't write half of the damages in the description. The seller got so angry at Klaravik and gave us €1000 discount himself. The time the seller called the management, they was on holiday, this time I called to talk to management, they was again on holiday during a normal week. I called klaravik Sweden, they confirmed that the management is not on holiday and they just should talk to the clients. I have requested to cancel my account. Its a waste of energy to work with some €29 policy people. They are not there for business but for making policies.
