Since the server migration my 6 panels heaters G2 do not connect anymore to WiFi. I had several issues before the migration too: a pain to connect them hours of trying and trying but eventually I could. Now is no longer possible. Zero, nada simply doesn’t work anymore. The customer service is horrible: 3 weeks to answer an email and the response is “reset the heater” which I have done 100s times! My suggestion is: do not buy this product! I am stuck with it and I could not regret it more!

Ordered two items but unfortunately one was sold out as stock had been miscounted. I was contacted swiftly and refunded. When I re- ordered another product, it was delivered swiftly and quality of the curtains were good. I would definitely buy from there again!

I ordered a throw for next day delivery on Monday. It’s now Friday PM and I’ve still not received the item. I sent an email to chase but no correspondence at all. Not very impressed.
