Generally good, and I would use this company again.
I had to phone up as I couldn't work out on the website how to order what I wanted, but the person who answered the phone was most helpful. The draft came through quite quickly, although I had to make a small correction as it had been changed from my order. That done however, the final result was just as I had hoped. A final small point, the trophy, which was glass, arrived covered in greasy finger marks and smears! Surely these could have been cleaned off before the trophy was dispatched? Overall, I am very pleased with the trophy.
