My order was completed and sent very quickly. Unfortunately, the courier stated it had been delivered to my address but it hadn’t! All All came as expected nice delivery man items were very nice but the polystyrene wrapped round claret jug trophy was damaged inside the box luckily no damage to trophy but made it hard to keep safe in the box to travel to sawgrass on our golf trip I had to re package it in bubble wrap shame really as all other was great

Excellent company to deal with. After placing my order on line I realised that I had made an error with the engraving. After contacting them by email I received an immediate reply confirming that it was not a problem and that the text had been amended. Brilliant.
