Delivery time was efficient, but the product itself left a bit to be desired. Unfortunately they are not suitable for industrial furniture projects when you’re after a nice cosmetic finish. The pipes and flanges were thrown together into a bag that isn’t suitable so the packaging was ripped open and had to be repaired by the courier company. The items themselves were full of dirt and oil. The pipes were also heavily scratched so do not give you a fine finish. Unfortunately the customer service reply was simply “this is how they come”. If you’re looking for items for industrial style furniture I would look elsewhere, even if they do advertise this on the website.
