When you read warnings, not to use this Company, its normal to be cautious in making the first order. Many use linepipe to make robust domestic furniture, outside of engineering applications - If BSPT is ordered instead of BSPP some threads will often not fully engage unless they are machined. Pipe isn't normally reamed and in case of seam welded iron pipe, both reamer and pipe would be damaged. Our stainless pipe stubs arrived with BSPP threads, were countersunk, accurate and clean. If threads are damaged they can be replaced and if oily, can be simply cleaned with detergent. Communication was good, and time to deliver acceptable. We would order again.
