Great products but the delivery was slow

Very good service from placing the order and keeping you informed of the delivery date.

Easy to deal with, easy ordering. Had problem with my payment initially and rectified easily and quickly. Really happy with my purchase.

Good price for 304 s/s cut piece of.1”n/b sch 10s. Delivery was slow but this was due to Royal Mail. Be aware of razor sharp edges on cuts as no deburring was evident.

This is the second time I have used pipe dreams and both times I have had to contact about not receiving the order both times the orders were sorted, customer service is great the prices are competitive if the orders arrived in the 2/3 days then would be 5 star this won't put me off using again and I would recommend as it's only minor issue
