This company is totally unresponsive. I have sent numerous email messages for assistance and never once did I receive a response. I would never provide a recommendation for SomnoMed to anyone looking for a device to help with sleep apnea. I only gave one star because I couldn’t give zero stars for this company. Keith

Customer service is useless

Customer service is useless. No one answers phones or returns messages. I have 4 times 9/11/24, 12/13/24, 1/3/25, 2/4/25 done the “request a provider” through website filling out ALL information and only received auto reply back no call or follow up. For having such an amazing product they sure have no interest in keeping customers or getting referrals

I've worn the device for several years…

I've worn the device for several years with great success, and would like to obtain a new one soon. My wife doesn't complain any longer to the point of me not having sleep in another room, as I had in the past.

Somnomed for Sleep Apnea

My snoring has reduced. Great to use it every night. Very easy to use. Gives me a great comfort when I know I am having a very restful night. My ❤️ feeling is rejuvenated- every morning when I wake up- refreshed restful night of sleep. Thank you Somnomed.

I got my device in early 2012

I got my device in early 2012. I used it with great success until about 2019 when part of it broke. I lived high up in the mountains of New Mexico and was a great distance from a dentist that could help me out. So I have done without since then. I am a disabled veteran and now the VA is going to set me up with a similar device.

Awful customer service

Awful customer service. Uk rep never answers phone or returns messages. Gives the company a rubbish reputation so won’t buy in the future and look for an alternative

Unfortunate Fail

The device was good in the beginning and the my mouthpiece broke and when I reached out to Somnomed no one would answer my emails. Lots of jaw pain in the morning and a permanent altering of my bite. Sleeping without it right bow

Om jag kunde ge 0 stjärnor så skulle jag göra det, inkompetenta personal. Beställde från de för ca 1 månad sedan utan någon avi eller återkoppling, har ringt de flera gånger med att de ska skicka ut till mig utan att det händer. Begärde återbetalning, vi får se hur det går.
