Just what I needed

Today I was told despite changing the delivery address so 2nd attempt I would defo recieve my package. 9.21am today sent a message saying delivery unsuccessful. Working from my in laws, i did not see or hear anybody or a calling card. Spoke to depot and the address was not changed in the depot - so this went to my home address. As different driver route I could not get my package today. This is the 2nd time I have builders waiting for this at home today. Online chat 3 people had me explain the same thing. Only to tell me wrong department. Very sad and incredibly frustrating is my experience today. So paying the price for someone else's pure incompetence :(
