Recurring Charges

Somehow at checkout without knowing I signed myself up for a recurring transaction that I do not need. Please beware that one purchase can opt you in for something you have no idea of. I asked for a refund and was offered a store credit. I want my money back I’ve ordered what I needed.

I’ve had nothing but negative Avoid Zazzle – Unresolved Issues, Unauthorized Charges, and Terrible Customer Service

I’ve had nothing but negative experiences with Zazzle. For the past two years, they’ve been charging me without my knowledge or consent. I had an account because I was forced to create one during my work with them, and after I finished, they promised to delete my account. Not only did they fail to follow through on this promise, but they continued to charge me every month for services I never used. I reached out multiple times for a refund and to resolve the situation. I sent a detailed email, with proof of my claims attached, but when I got a response from a representative named Paulina, it was clear that she hadn’t even read my message properly. Despite my efforts, they have refused to refund me. It’s incredibly frustrating to see that I’m not alone—many others have experienced the same issue with unauthorized charges and no resolution. Zazzle’s lack of customer care and blatant disregard for customers is unacceptable. Stay away from this company—they are essentially stealing money from unsuspecting customers. I strongly urge others to be cautious and avoid Zazzle. They need to be held accountable for their actions.
