I ordered towels personalized with pictures. The pictures turned out great but the fabric of the towels was defective. They were replaced but again the fabric was defective. This was most unusual since I have always been happy with previous orders. Zazzle stood by their promise of quality and satisfaction and worked with me to obtain the replacement towels and then refunded the full cost of the product. I know I can rely on Zazzle to keep their promise to provide quality products and customer services.

I really wanted to send paper invites vs evites. The site was easy to use and the finished product was very tasteful. And the product even came quicker than promised.
