I have yet to receive my purchase. They initially responded stating my package was en route but when I didn’t get receive it, I have not been able to make contact. No one responds to emails, you cannot contact them by phone. I definitely would not use them again!

Strange prior to purchasing the Xbox the answered emails really quickly. But after the never answered 1 or the phone ordered on 23rd of May it was supposed to be dispatched on the 29th of May as yet received nothing they don't answer the emails or phone lines (FRUSTRATING)

Exactly as described. I was charged £3.99 for next day delivery. But took 48 hours to arrive.

Poor customer service, received an order for weed killer sprays and 12 of them arrived leaking and the boxes they were shipped in completely wet and damaged. Have emailed them and called throughout the day with no response at all. The number they have listed on their website just rings through. Very disappointing. Be cautious!

I ordered and bought a Wolf Garden Patio brush from yourselves, Bargainstore. Unfortunately, you shipped the wrong product, or at least not the one I saw on your website and ordered. This can happen, I understand that, the problem is I've found it impossible to talk to you about it. No returns guidance, no label, no answer to email message to you, no answer on the "contact us" phone. How can I return the product to you for an exchange? - in this day and age and given how mature "on-line shopping" practices are, this shouldn't be a difficult task, requiring complaints and negative feedback. I am amazed that Amazon allow you to use there facilities. You bring down the trust and reliability of that place.

It was a Hozelock spray extension and the thread doesn’t fit my one year old spray. It doesn’t tell you on the item description what size the thread is. You would assume that they are all the same.
