Amazing company in all aspects. Every product I’ve received from Liftmode has been stellar quality, reasonably priced, and quickly shipped. There’s a reason I have been a returning customer for so long. Liftmode has never once done me wrong.

I love how the company is always coming up with new products. Disappointed my favorite Phenibut was taken off the market, but excited for some new products. I also appreciate the emails, letting me know about new products and sales. Thank you ❤️

Never received package

Never received package. I reached out with several emails to liftmode and the last one was so unprofessional on their part. You don’t want to keep a customer using your site of several years? Fine with me. I have since filed a claim with usps. But I would consider hiring better people to reply to your emails in a professional way.

Several issues

I had to call LiftMode to place an order because the website wasn’t letting me do it. Customer service was very nice and generous in helping me place the order. I do object to $16.95 being the cheapest shipping option. Another less expensive option is needed. An ongoing issue is that I can’t print an invoice from their website, which I need for tax purposes. There is no print option from the order history page. This last order showed up as a charge by Synaptent LLC. All previous orders showed up as LiftMode. LiftMode should state on their order confirmation what name is going to show up on the charge. With all the identity theft and credit card fraud there is in our world that courtesy would be appreciated. LiftMode you sell some good products but some fine tuning is needed.

Great products, just don't expect a response if you email them with a question

Great, quality products. Customer service is apparently lacking though. I've emailed them twice to ask about a product I've been ordering no longer being on their website. Still haven't gotten a response if it's been discontinued or what the deal is. It's now 20 days later and wrote them twice hoping for a response. :( At least the products are good as is their shipping promptly.

Order arrived s as expected…

Had no idea if the order was shipped out, when it might be expected, or how to track it. The last email said the order was complete, a day after the order was made. However, it later arrived in a normal timeframe, fulfilled as expected.
