Products I ordered came with a Certificate of Analysis together with the third party lab results. You never usually get to have those data for assessment and added peace of our minds.

UPDATE!! I'M using my review, or actually just updating due to their reply. Let me just say first that I have never dealt with this company prior to this incident. Now with that being said, I'm just confused at to why they got so upset enough to end their relationship with me, that mind you hadn't even started yet, but they said I sounded like a risky customer. I don't even know what that means!!?? Yes, I did get very upset that my delivery wasn't shipped on the day it was supposed to be, but that's only bc I was leaving to go out off town for 3 weeks and I used my sis in laws card to pay for it, and she would be pissed if she got a package after I had left, I was wrong on that part, but I've surely to get already saved she said she got a refund from them today, which they did say they were gonna do. Also, I do want to say they even sent the package, even after refunding, bc she got it off the porch, it has my name on it, so that has to be what it was bc I haven't ordered anything else. So, that was really nice of them. I'm updating this review for a few reasons and I just feel like we had a huge misunderstanding and I feel awful about the whole thing. I am looking forward to trying the stuff I ordered, my sis in laws sister told me about it and said it is very helpful. I apologize to Liftmode for this misunderstanding! OLDER REVIEW!! 09/29/2023 I'm not happy! This is the first time I ordered from this company. They have lied to me, and they responded once to my email. They promised my package would be shipped the very next business day, it's been 2 days and ups is claiming they haven't received the package. Liftmodes shipping email actually said they shipped it in the 3rd of October, but they promised it would be the 2nd. I've explained to them that I was at my brother's house and have to leave Thursday, if it arrives after that, I won't be able to get it. I will not order from them again if they don't fix this and compensate me.
