We were quite happy with timeshare specialist. We were able to track the progress step-by-step on their website. If we had any questions our phone calls were always answered or returned. It took a little bit of timeTo get rid of our timeshare but that was expected dealing Royal holiday in Mexico.

Excellent straightforward legitimate service. There are no scams involved here. All documentation that I requested was provided to me in every stage of the process. The process took about four months due to COVID circumstances. My only regret is that I did not connect with the Specialists 10 years earlier.
